My mom’s home was decorated with rattan furniture

I love the image of Bamboo in the Island. My mom’s home was decorated with rattan furniture.

The home looked like a bamboo paradise. The sofa, the rest seat and coffee tables gave and impression of being in a tropical island for the way the rattan was crafted.

That is not all, when you when upstairs to the bedroom the mirror frame on the wall made out of rattan gave the impression of a fairy tale “Mirror, mirror on the wall”… and next to the bed the night tables just needed a Margarita drink on top.

The only thing that was missing on the tables was the rattan lamp.

The furniture was not special brand. It was creatively made by a neighbour who crafted furniture.

It’s so funny I use to craft bamboo frame kites and sold them for ten cent. It would be the match as a wall frame.
