The type of rattan furniture we have is a long rectangle dining table with eight chairs.

The table has decorative flowers etch by hand on the sides and has a brown finish and sharp pointy edges.

It has a glass top. We had to replace once. The table is very heavy. The chairs are also decorative with flowers on the back seat and making kind of a rounded triangle tip in the middle and two pole like knobs on the end.

In the middle and the seat it’s like a rattan basket weave type of thing.

My parents had this specifically made in the Philippines a long time ago and it last for over 30 years now.

I would consider using the same type of rattan but a little smaller and rounded table.
