What to consider when furnish children’s room
We have a very sturdy walnut bunk bed and two small 4 drawer walnut dresser. It was not purchased in the same area so they are not the same brand.
The walnut bed is a bunk bed the upper portion of the bunk is a twin size bed and the lower portion is a pull out metal Full size futon mattress.
It does not have a detachable ladder yet the head and foot board are large enough and spacious enough to be considered the ladder. This particular bed was purchased at MOR Furniture I am not sure of the specific brand.
Along with the Walnut Futon Bunk Bed we have two walnut four drawer dressers that where purchased at a Furniture outlet store. The quality is not as dependable as the MOR Furniture Bunk Bed However it was at a reasonable price and for younger children that are not very cautious of how they treat their furniture it is acceptable.
I choose this furniture due to the size of our children’s room we needed two beds yet they where in transition from toddler trundle beds to normal sized beds and being that the bunk bed is still oversized for their room I had rethread go through their furniture expense once.
The reason I chose the specific dresser because it was an acceptable price and size for the room. If I could furnish my children’s room I will probably chose the same quality of the bunk bed however I would not get the Full Futon on the lower portion the size and quality of the mattress was not as well as I would have expected for the price.
Next time I would choose the mattress the same size and something that will be just as useable if not stacked.
I recently started to not like the bed when my 3 year old decided to climb on the top bunk and straddle the size nearest his wall, slipped and got stuck between the wall and top bunk he is fine but scared himself.
